JOB SPECIFICATION
Job Title    :   English - Arabic / Hindi/ Kannada / Telugu  Translator
Job Location :  Gulbarga
Salary        :   Varies depending upon the qualification/experience
Time Period   :   Minimum 1 Year
Educational Qualification :
Proficiency in English and Arabic / Hindi/ Kannada / Telugu is mandatory for the Translator with special reference to translation.
The Translator should have  good understanding of both the languages i.e. Arabic / Hindi/ Kannada / Telugu
Bachelor or Master Degree in any discipline. (English/Hindi/Translation Studies/Linguistics graduate would be preferred).
Educational qualification is not a bar to the candidates who have expertise and/or experience in the field of translation.
Job Description :
Depending upon the source language contents, translation task would preferably be performed by a translator on machine translated output rather than purely human tranlation.
Translators would need to work on content primarily ranging across topics like Legal, Media, Technical, Text/Scripts for digital video being used on the website/social etc.
Candidate who has professional excellence in 'Legal' translation rather than general domain would be preferred.
Delivery Expectations :
Translators are expected to work on an average daily output of 1500 to 2,000 words for reviewers.
